Intensity, drive, passion...it'll require it all! Ever wondered if you're really pushing yourself hard enough and training to your full potential?

Despite having a structured plan to follow, sometimes we can find ourselves staying in our comfort zones too long when it comes to training intensity. As a separate product, I offer Josh-Blue's Personal Training for those clients who want that extra push and motivation in the gym and to know exactly what intensity to train at. Personal Training sessions can be one off sessions which are off plan to try something different or they can be followed exactly to your plan.

As your coach, I greatly focus on your needs and requirements, goal guides, target training and results. I concentrate on making sure your technique and form is correct to ensure that you're activating the right muscle groups for the certain exercises and to make sure you're not at risk of injury from performing any exercise incorrectly. You will leave each session knowing you have put your all into it.
