This package is my full monthly online coaching service. This is for anyone who wants to make serious, long lasting changes not just to their physique, but their lifestyle in general. This package is for competition prep and lifestyle clients. It'll provide you with everything you need to make massive changes to your physique, your lifestyle and your whole outlook on fitness in general. As your coach I’ll provide you with better accountability, efficiency, and objectivity during your workouts. I will provide you with a whole new outlook on the way you’ve been training your body and a fresh approach to managing your nutrition, always ensuring you’re on the path to success.

The BLUEPRINT has been specifically designed to help you achieve the results you desire in the most effective way possible. The plan is suitable for all levels, whether you are early into your fitness journey, an experienced lifter or are returning to the gym after some time off. The BLUEPRINT is designed to give full structure and guidance to your training so you'll not be stuck in that 'training rut'. The BLUEPRINT is a progressive 12 week program specialising in fat loss, increasing muscle mass and definition, upping strength, increased fitness levels, and most importantly it will help to improve overall habits which you'll carry forward long term. The unique structure of the plan, because it is personal to you, is what makes the plan a success, and therefore worth investing your time, energy and sweat in. The workouts are designed to challenge the body in a variety of ways from all the training experience I have tried and tested over the years myself. You will have access to my #BECHAMPION COACHING app which your plans will be loaded into so you’re able to track your physical progress by uploading weekly check in pics and stats, but also the ability to track/log your workouts, recording the sets, reps and weights lifted. Whether you’re looking to add strength, lose some body fat, put on some size or just generally aiming to spice you your training, challenge yourself and know exactly what and how much you should be eating - this is exactly that.

This plan is purely designed to shred body fat! A short burst of 8 weeks full of intense workouts packed into an 8 week schedule progressing in intensity biweekly. This plan isn’t just training, it comes with a full meal plan fitted to your calorie requirements needed. It also comes with a supplement guide on what to take with links where to purchase, water intake and step count.
